Before you buy: what a founding membership commits you to
- One payment, and it is final. A founding membership is a single purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew, and it is not cancellable or refundable.
- Why it works this way. This is a deliberate trade and it runs in both directions. You get a heavily discounted lifetime price while the product is still young, and we get committed early members while we build it out.
- The one change available is an upgrade. Founding Pro members can move up to Founding Elite. That is the only change to a founding purchase we can make for you.
- The upgrade window is 14 days. You have 14 days from your original founding purchase to upgrade. After 14 days the founding upgrade path closes permanently, and Elite features would mean buying Elite at the regular price.
- Your founding access does not expire. Founding access has no end date. Nothing above shortens it.

Can I switch plans?
Yes, on the monthly and annual plans. Use the billing portal to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Founding memberships work differently, because they are a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. See the founding terms above.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing portal from this page or Settings, then cancel your subscription. No hoops, no phone calls. This applies to the monthly and annual plans. A founding membership is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled.
Can I get a refund on a founding membership?
Founding purchases are not cancellable or refundable. The only change available is a Founding Pro to Founding Elite upgrade, within 14 days of purchase. Founding access does not expire. If the consumer law that applies where you live gives you rights beyond this policy, those rights still apply.
