CleanKeto provides general education and wellness information. It is NOT medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use the app for emergencies. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

You are responsible for verifying any nutrition information, ingredient lists, and AI-generated content. Always check labels and consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions, especially if you have diabetes, take insulin, take blood pressure medication, take blood thinners, are pregnant, or have kidney/liver disease.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account is compromised, contact support and change your password immediately.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Probe or test vulnerabilities.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits.
• Misuse AI features to generate unsafe instructions.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce the Service.

Coach Clean and Chef Keto are AI assistants. AI output may be incorrect or incomplete. Use AI responses as a starting point, not as authoritative truth. If AI output conflicts with your healthcare provider's advice, follow your healthcare provider.

You may input text, photos of meals, and optionally health metrics. You represent you have rights to the content you upload and that you are not violating any law. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or sensitive content you do not have permission to share.

If you purchase a subscription, billing terms are presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Taxes may apply. Refund policies are described at checkout or by support.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Founding Member subscriptions are lifetime access at a one-time price. Founding Member purchases are non-refundable. Benefits are subject to the feature set available at the time of purchase and as updated.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanKeto and Pure Quality Nutrition LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If the Terms update, you may be asked to accept again.
