• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. If you use social login (Google), we receive your email and basic profile info.
• Health Data (Optional): You may choose to input health data such as weight, glucose, blood pressure, medications, and conditions to use features like For You scoring and AdaptIQ. This data is encrypted and stored securely.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics data (page views, feature usage) to improve the Service. We use Firebase Analytics for this purpose.
• Payment Information: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or see your credit card details.

• To provide and maintain the Service (e.g., calculating PQ Scores, generating meal plans).

CleanKeto is a nutritional information tool, not a medical device. We do not make claims about diagnosing, treating, or preventing any disease.

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions.
• Gemini AI (Google): AI-powered coaching and food analysis. We send limited inputs (your question, relevant context) to generate responses. We do not use your personal health data to train public AI models.
• FatSecret: Barcode-to-product nutritional data lookups.
• Sentry: Error monitoring and performance tracking. PII is scrubbed before transmission.

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion by deleting your account in Settings, which removes your authentication and app data (subject to backups and retention required for legal or security reasons).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@cleanketoapp.com. We respond as required by applicable law.

California residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. You may request disclosure of data collected and request deletion.

EU/EEA residents (GDPR): We process personal data as a controller to provide the Service. You may exercise data subject rights by contacting us.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive database fields. While we implement strong security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
