Our Story

When my wife started exploring clean keto during perimenopause, we quickly realized that most keto apps only track macros — they don't care whether your food is full of seed oils, artificial sweeteners, or ultra-processed fillers.

We wanted something different: an app that looks at what's actually in the food, not just the numbers on the label. So we built CleanKeto.

The PQ Score is our answer to the question every clean eater asks: "But is it actually clean?" It evaluates ingredient purity, processing level, and keto alignment — all in one transparent score.
